Anaiyah's Hit Single "Touch" reaches top charts on Sound Click.

So I am so excited. I just found out my hit single entitled Touch rated #6 out of over 52,000 artists in  the subgenre Electronica on the popular music site Soundclick. I haven't been on that site for long and it's just an honor to be there. I wanted to create music where people can be happy and dance to. I'm not too much of a supporter of doom and gloom. It's amazing when you accomplish a project you truly love and when it's completed you see how your fans and peers react.

I never knew that I had so many fans admiring my music. "Touch" was written by me of course and the soul purpose of that song was really about a person who wants to be loved. If you analyze the first sentence in the first verse I quote " Give to me your hungry Heart" . A hungry heart is a person who hungers love and affection not a person who just want to be liked or admired. I guess that song really hit home because I have been receieving nothing but positive feedback.

 On the new music share site New Artist .com I rate number 1 as the top Pop Artist on the site. One of my favorite songs "So what if you call me your Lady", still remains as number 1.That song was written of course based on personal experience and also a mock of a past relationship. I also wanted my audience to feel like I too go through things but I vent them out artistically. I think my album is going to reach alot of people and I love my supporters from Miami of course and all over the Us and the World for sticking by me in this new transition of my singing style. It's not easy but when I see a fan email me or im me or see me perform on stage it makes me so happy to know that someone out there truly understands the movement and appreciate my music.

I am also so blessed to have a producer Joel Martino aka Dj Martino that truly understands my vision to expand and create a sound that is unique and beautiful.

I am so thrilled and happy for this opportunity.

Victoria Duke & the Academy of Glam - Pinup shoot

I had the opportunity to be one of the pin up girls for the Academy of Glam, which is run by the famous celebrity make up artist Victoria Duke. I had the chance to work with her team and it was a great experience. I am an official glamour girl for her site which is a site that cators to that classic style of elegance and grace.

So I wanted to pick out something vintage and believe it or not, Rainbow department Stores are now upgrading their line of lingerie. You can purchase the set now but it's a limited time only . So once it's gone ladies it gone.


My hair was roller set so when brushed out I would get that loose wave curl look. My make up was done by a New York make up artist, who has done work for R.Kelly's past videos Ignition by the name of Jill Oscar Salles. She has been in the make up business for over 20 years and she is a pleasure to work with. I wish her much success and I hope she makes it in the Academy of Glam.

PASSION FOR FASHION

I personally think this was one of my most memorable photoshoots. I was trying to replicate one of the most  talented and beautiful woman in Harlem Rennaisance History. (Joesphine Baker)

What a talented woman with her ability to wow the stage with her style of dance and comedy. What grace she had on the movie screen and how eloquent she truly was .

This was a very interesting shoot since i have moderately long hair to begin with. I did all the hair and make up for this tribute shoot where you can find on http://www.themiamistyle.com/ . I love the way it turned out and I had nothing but mad reviews. I can't wait for more in the future.

CHIC BEYOND COMPARE: LE PREMIER EYEWEAR & ACE THE STYLISTA COLLABORATION

I have to admit this was one amazing shoot and I am so thankful to work with them. The whole concept and feel of this shoot worked perfectly. I loved my make up of course( ty Krystal Hardy Mua) , my (hair by Jessica Leboa ) , the glasses , and of course all the vintage clothing Ace the Stylista Provided in this shoot.

It was amazing so amazing that I am still overwhelmed by the whole outcome. All shots were taken by the amazing Maksimilian Dirakev. I am so happy to be apart of something so classic as this.
